Rittenbaugh, Inc. has been in the excavating, paving and utilities business since 1987, in the past few years our company has made further developments in the transport and trucking business.
We are seeking dependable employees committed to safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. A plus if you have experience hauling stone, dirt, milling, and asphalt/paving and are familiar with dump site and quarry locations. New CDL drivers looking for training in the industry are welcome to apply. Salary is based upon experience. Qualifications:
- Class A or B CDL Driver License
- Previous Tri-Axle Dump Truck Driving Experience
- DOT Physical
- Communication Skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Safely Operate Tri-Axle Dump Truck
- Hauling stone, dirt, milling and asphalt
- Complete Daily Pre/Post Trip Inspections
- Maintain Clean Vehicle
- Maintain a Truck Log
- Communicate Regularly with Dispatcher, Mechanic and Office Staff

Upon completion of the 90-day probationary period, the following benefits would be available; 100% paid health insurance for employees, dental insurance, paid vacation time and paid holidays. Employees are eligible for 401K after 1 year of continuous employment with a 4% employer match.
